Antipasto Salad Recipes
3 cups cooked tricolor pasta
1 cup small cauliflower florets
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup grated Cheese
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup Sugar
Method
In a large bowl combine pasta, cheese, green pepper, cauliflower florets, onion and tomatoes.
Combine the other ingredents for dressing.
Pour over salad.
