Black fruit salad
Ingredients
- 1 c. dark cherries, pitted & halved
- 1 c. black grapes, remove seeds
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1/3 c. light brown sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 c. sour cream
- Mint sprigs
Preparation
Mix all the fruits. Sprinkle with brown sugar and lemon juice. Let stand for two hours tossing several times. Lift out fruit with slotted spoon. Divide into four balloon wine glasses. Stir sour cream into collected juices in bowl. Place dollop of sour cream on fruit and garnish with mint sprigs. Now serve black fruit salad.
