Egg Salad Recipe
8 eggs, hard-boiled , peeled and thinly sliced
5 tablespoon sour cream
1 small clove garlic
1 carrot chopped
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated cheese
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup celery 1/2 cup sliced yellow bell pepper
Preparation
Place the sliced eggs in a bowl
In a small bowl mix sour cream, garlic, carrot,grated cheese, onion, celery and yellow bell pepper.
Combine this mixture with eggs.
Serve it.
