Layered Salad
Ingredients
2 cups shredded spinach
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup celery
1 cup sliced cheese
2 tablespoons sliced onions
2 cups chopped seeded peeled cucumber
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
In a bowl place these following ingredients.
Layer carrots,celery,cheese, cucumber and bell pepper.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate it.
Serve it chilled.
