Mango fruit salad recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple — cored and cubed
- 2 ripe mangos — peeled and cubed
- 2 kiwi fruit — peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped red chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Leaf lettuce
Preparation
Place cubed pineapple in large bowl. Add mangos and kiwi fruit to bowl. Toss gently to combine. Add all remaining ingredients and stir gently to coat. Let stand 10 minutes. Spoon onto lettuce lined bowl. Store refrigerated. Serve mango fruit salad at room temperature.
