Prawn Salad
24 Prawns, cooked and shelled
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 onion, chopped finely
1 small avocado chopped
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Method
In a bowl combine, prawns, onions and avocados.
Combine the oil, Lemon juice and garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
