Salad Dressing

Ingredients for Salad Dressing

1 small cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped
1 cup curd
1 teaspoon salt
1 small carrot peeled, chopped
pepper to taste

Preparation of Salad Dressing

Drain cucumber well.
Mix it with curd and carrot.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir it well.
