Summer vegetable pasta salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1/2 lb. pasta
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 c. blanched broccoli, cut in sm. Pieces
  • 2 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can black olives, sliced

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Combine pasta, onions, peas, broccoli, and olives in mixing bowl. Mix dressing ingredients in small bowl. Pour over pasta. Chill summer pasta salad before serving.
