Tropical fruit salad
Ingredients
- 1 c. macaroni
- 15 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 11 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut in half, well drained
- 1 lg. banana, sliced
- 1/3 c. shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation
Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine cooked macaroni, pineapple, orange segments, cherries, banana and coconut in large bowl. In small bowl, mix together orange juice concentrate, honey, salt and ginger. Pour over macaroni mixture and gently toss. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving tropical fruit salad.
